Dealing with Rude Houseguests

This week I answer a question from a reader who seems to have the misfortune of having extremely rude family members as houseguests. They break her furniture, let their kids run wild, and thinks she's neurotic for wanting to keep a nice house. I offer my advice to her in this etiquette FAQ. What's your opinion?
