Let's Get Corny for a Minute

We bought our first farmstand corn this weekend, even though it's not really in season yet in our area. There's just something extra special about produce purchased just outside of a farm. Although it's not the best corn we'll enjoy all season, it certainly put us in the mood for the months ahead, and forced me to take my annual inventory of all those indispensable, corn-on-the-cob serving accessories in my kitchen.
