I received a new blender for Christmas and have been on the lookout for smoothie recipes at my daughters' request. But all the recipes I found have only appealed to younger tastes, and left me feeling a little too sugared up. Then I discovered The Ultimate Smoothie Book and both my daughters and I are now arguing over which recipe we plan to try next. Learn more in this review.
