It's Egg Season - So Make a Strata

Well, I don't know if there really is a time when eggs aren't in season, but eggs are everywhere this time of year. I just finished hard boiling the eggs we'll dye for Easter later this afternoon. But hard boiled eggs aside, a strata is a terrific way to make an egg dish that can be prepared in advance, except for the baking. It's perfect for a holiday morning when you want something a little special, or when you have guests sleeping over for the weekend. Here's a recipe for a Classic Cheese Strata.
