Celebrate Harvest Time

My counters are overflowing right now with tomatoes, eggplants, cucumbers and zucchinis. I need to cook recipes that use up summer produce when it's most abundant, like right now! If you have the same problem as I do, I recommend hosting a Summer Harvest Dinner Party, specifically designed to use all of those wonderful ingredients that are at their peak at the end of August.
