Chile Head Alert!

Last night I caught the Food Network's special covering the Fiery Foods competition. There were some terrific interviews with several of the leaders in this booming industry, as well as great recipes to make a chile head's mouth (or eyes!) water. If you missed the show, the Food Network will be broadcasting it a few more times over the next week.
