Time to Fire Up the Grill!

I'm going to ignore the cloudy skies predicted for all of this week in the northeast, and forget the rain pounding on my window as I type, and declare that grilling season is officially upon us. It's my favorite season for cooking - there's so much less clean up and you actually get to go outside and enjoy the nice weather. But what? You haven't grilled before?
