Organize a Cookie Exchange

I don't know about the rest of you, but my holiday to-do list is growing longer by the day. The perfect antidote to relieve some of the holiday pressures, while still having a lot of fun, is to organize a cookie exchange with other baking friends. That way nobody does too much work and everyone can have a taste of the season.
